An experienced leader with extensive backgrounds in governance, campaign management, and strategic planning. Marta has served in key roles at the European Parliament, major international foundations and major political campaigns in Spain. Holds advanced degrees in law, international finance and communication, with a strong focus on environmental issues, human rights and international justice advocacy.

Carlos Contreras Peinado

Founder, COO – Linkedin

An experienced manager with a background in leading teams and initiatives in corporate, public and nonprofit sectors. Holds an MBA and multiple degrees in leadership, communications, and engineering. An author, Carlos co-founded a consultancy and has significant experience in public affairs.

An International Consultant, an Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer on cultural change management, organizational wellbeing and emotional engineering. President of Carmen Cerdeira Association of Jurist during 8 years, Izaskun has also represented the International Human Rights Foundation in Belgium
